Biography

Nicole is the lead coach, trainer, and program director for Little Grapplers. With extensive experience working with children since 2008, she has developed a true passion for helping kids and adults of all ages grow through movement, confidence, and fun.

Her coaching journey has taken her as far as Singapore, where she served as a subject matter expert for a children’s sports program, and she has been dedicated to the Edmonton area for over 15 years.

In addition to leading Little Grapplers, Nicole also coaches a ladies-only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class and an adult special needs self-defence program.

A purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a mother of two, Nicole deeply understands the importance of creating a safe, positive, and encouraging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive — which is exactly what Little Grapplers represents.
